Montana outfitter, Merritt Pride has
been engaged in the hunting outfitter
industry since 1978 and has spent a lifetime in the horse business. He
graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Animal Science in 1971 and a Masters of Science degree in Animal Science in
1973. He has been a director and vice president of the Montana Outfitters and
Guides Association, the District 3 representative to the Montana Board of
Outfitters, as well as Chairman to the Outfitter Advisory Board for the
Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Montana delegate to the Outfitter
Advisory Board for the Foundation for North American Wild Sheep.
Luke Novich has been a Montana hunting
guide for Lost Fork Ranch since 1999. He is a third
generation resident of the Twin Bridges area and operates the family ranch
along with his father. Luke is not only accomplished at hunting elk and hunting
deer, he is accomplished at providing some of the best
guided elk hunts in Montana. Luke likes to make sure that folks he
takes on guided hunting trips are successful as well. Luke is an excellent
horseman in addition to his other outstanding qualities. He has taken both
trophy elk and deer with his rifle and bow. He is a director for the Madison
County Rodeo Association, a member of the Montana Outfitters and Guides
Association and the MTRA. Luke's knowledge of the country, elk and horses offer
you the prospective hunter an enjoyable, safe and memorable hunt.
